How is the price calculated?
Each product is priced in real time: live international spot price
× troy oz weight + a fixed or percentage dealer premium, converted
to Bahraini Dinar (BHD). When you proceed to payment, that price is
locked for 10 minutes — giving you time to complete checkout without
worrying about market moves. The locked price is what you pay,
with no hidden charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept BenefitPay and bank transfer
(no surcharge), and VISA / Mastercard credit or debit cards
(a 1.5% card-processing fee applies). All payments are processed in BHD.
Cryptocurrency is not accepted.
Is there a minimum purchase amount?
There is no minimum order amount. Every product listed on the platform
is available to KYC-verified customers regardless of order size.
You can purchase a single 1/10 oz coin or a full kilo bar — the
process is identical.
Can I cancel after placing an order?
Wire transfer orders can be cancelled before payment
is received. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel — unpaid wire
orders are automatically cancelled after the payment deadline.
Card orders are final once the price is locked and
payment is confirmed, as the price was guaranteed to you at that moment.

What currencies do you accept?
All transactions are settled in Bahraini Dinar (BHD).
USD spot prices are shown on product pages for reference only and are
converted to BHD at our published exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Delivery & KYC
Verification, Shipping & After Your Order
What is KYC and why is it required?
KYC (Know Your Customer) is a mandatory identity verification
process required by Bahrain’s Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MOIC)
and the Central Bank of Bahrain for all precious-metals dealers.
You submit a government-issued ID and a selfie once through your
customer portal — after approval, you can purchase without further
verification steps. Your data is encrypted, stored securely, and
never shared with third parties.
How long does KYC approval take?
Verification is usually completed within 1–2 business days
of submitting your documents. You will receive an email notification
as soon as your account is approved. During busy periods it may take
slightly longer — you can check your status at any time from
My Account → Verification.
How is my order delivered?
You choose your preferred method at checkout:
- SMSA Express — fully insured, tracked courier delivery to your door across Bahrain. Signature required on receipt.
- Office Pickup — collect in person from our Manama office by appointment. Valid ID required at collection.
What if my delivery arrives damaged?
All SMSA Express shipments are fully insured at declared value.
If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, do not open it —
photograph the packaging immediately and contact us within
24 hours of delivery. We will raise a claim with
the courier and arrange a replacement or full refund. Claims reported
after 24 hours may not be eligible for cover.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is included in your order confirmation email.

view live fulfilment status, including payment confirmation,
dispatch, and courier tracking reference.
