Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver across the GCC by fully insured courier, or you may collect from our location in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

1. Dispatch

Orders are prepared for dispatch once payment has cleared in full and identity verification is approved. You will receive an email when your order ships, with a tracking reference where available.

2. Insured delivery

Shipments are sent via SMSA Express and are insured in transit until delivered to the address on your order. A signature is required on delivery. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate — we are not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect address.

3. Tracking

You can follow your order from the link in your dispatch email or from your account. See My Orders.

4. Collection

If you select store collection, we will notify you when your order is ready. Please bring your order reference and the photo ID used for verification.

5. Risk & title

Risk passes to you on delivery or collection. Title passes once payment has cleared in full.
