4.1. Order Acceptance: Orders are considered accepted upon confirmation of payment and issuance of an order confirmation email.
4.2. Payment Methods: We accept VISA, Mastercard , BenfitPay. All transactions comply with the Central Bank of Bahrain’s regulations on electronic payments.
4.3. Cancellation: Orders may not be canceled once confirmed due to the nature of precious metals markets. Exceptions apply where cancellation is required under Bahraini law.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. Shipping Policy: We deliver domestically within Bahrain and internationally via insured carriers. Shipping costs, taxes, and customs duties are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
5.2. Customs and Import Duties: The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all local import laws and regulations, including payment of any applicable duties or taxes. Numu is not liable for delays or confiscation by customs authorities.
5.3. Prohibited Destinations: We do not ship to countries under international sanctions, embargoes, or restrictions as determined by Bahraini law or applicable international regulations.
5.4. Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon confirmation of delivery by the shipping carrier. For international shipments, the carrier's delivery confirmation at the customer’s designated address constitutes final delivery.
5.5. Delivery Timeline: Delivery times vary by destination and are subject to factors beyond our control, including customs processing and carrier delays.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. Due to the volatility of the precious metals market, all sales are final, and returns are not accepted unless legally mandated.
6.2. Refunds will only be processed in cases of product defects, incorrect delivery, or as required by the Bahraini Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 35 of 2012).
